Is this stock worth anything and if it is how can I sell it.

Ken, the company changed its name to Gulfstream Resources Canada, which was later acquired by Anadarko for $2.65 per share cash in 2001.

If the shares are in your name, and you did not receive the cash, it would have been turned over to the government for safekeeping. That money might still be available - you need to check the lost property offices of every State or Province in which you lived from the time you bought the stock until the takeover.
