Question
I have a stock certificate from Glory Explorations LTD.  The certificate indicates that it is transferable at Guardian Estates %26 Agencies, Ltd, in Vancouver, BC.  Is this worth anything?

Answer
David, from the information I have available, if the shares are valid and the same company in which I reviewed, they likely have some current value.

The company went through numerous name changes and reverse splits (a 2 for 7, then a 1 for 5, then another 1 for 5) before being acquired by Solitario on the basis of 1 share of Solitario for every 3 old shares. Solitario currently trades on the NYSE Amex under the symbol "XPL" for about US$2.00 per share.

You need to contact the current transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com) to confirm this information and get the old shares reorganized into the current Solitario shares.
