Mr. Taylor, following a friend's death, I was going through some of his personal papers.I found a document saying he owns 500 shares in Vega Gold explorations. I tried to look them up on the net but with little success. Can you provide some information on this company? do  the shares have any value? Thank you for your assistance

Jim, from the information I have available, the company underwent a couple of reverse stock splits (a 1 for 5, followed by a 1 for 2) and is now Verena Minerals, which trades on the TSX Venture for about 35 cents per share.

You need to contact the current transfer agent, Equity Transfer (www.equitytransfer.com) in regards to reorganizing the old certificate.
