I have a share certificate for Midway Mines & Energy Corp, incorporated in the province of Ontario, issued March 31, 1988, registered by Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, Toronto.
Is this company still active? If so what exchange and who is the transfer agent?

From the information I have available:

The Company did a 1 for 3 reverse split in 1994 and became Dimensional Media. Dimensional ran into serious financial trouble and was suspended and cease-traded in 2003. That cease-trade order remains in effect, and the Company has not filed any of its required regulatory information since that time, which suggests no current value.
