I have a certificate for 1000 shares in Expander Mines and Petroleums LTD.  Is it worth anything as it was countersigned by the Crown trust Company of Calgary and Toronto.

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. The company did a 1 for 20 reverse split and became Northrim Mines. Northrim was placed in receivership in the 1970's due to financial difficulties. I do not believe there was any money left for shareholders.
