Question
I have some certificates, want to know if worth anything. They are
Justice Electronic Monitoring Systems inc.  DATED FEB 7 1992
Pacific Energy Systems LTD. DATED MARCH 7 1997
Midswana diamond exploration corp. NOV 16 1995

Answer
Donald, those all look like old E.A. Manning shares. From the information I have available:

Justice did a 1 for 10 reverse and became Jemtec. Jemtec is still around - it trades for about 70 cents per share on the TSX Venture. You need to contact the current transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com) regarding the reorganization of your old shares.

Pacific Energy seems to have faded out. They were cease-traded in 1996 after E.A. Manning was thrown out of business and don't seem to ever returned.

Midswana did a 1 for 5 and became Vertex Ventures, which later changed its name to First Strike Diamond. First Strike was delisted in 2004 for failing to pay its listing fees.
