The stock has been delisted. Is there any value to this stock today?

Doug, it does not appear there is any value at this time. It was delisted because they failed to pay their listing fees, which was not a surprise as the company was pretty much broke. At the time of the delisting, they were also under multiple cease-trade orders in multiple jurisdictions, and those orders remain in effect today.
