Canadian Stocks/old stocks

Question
I have come across some old stock my father in law had in the basement, and would like to know if they are good or worth anything. The first, dated 1955, is for New Bristol Oils Limited. It says it is transferable at the office of Crown Trust Company in Toronto or Vancouver.
The second, dated 1957 & 1958, is Aero Mining Corporation. These are countersigned by the Chartered Trust Company in Montreal.
Please advise if they are any good and how we can deal with them if they are.
Thank You,
Charles B. Medwick

Answer
Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value.

New Bristol went through numerous changes and ended as Madison Group, which went bankrupt and was liquidated. No value for shareholders.

Aero Mining became Chess Mining, which was dissolved in 1966. No value for shareholders.
