Don, Accra has gone through at least 2 name changes and capital consolidations (a 1 for 8, and then a 1 for 3) and is now Sumtra Diversified, which trades on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange for 5 cents per share. You need to contact the current transfer agent, Equity Transfer (www.equitytransfer.com) regarding the validity and ownership of the certificate.
