QUESTION: Last Nov 1982 ,I purchased Stock  200 shares of the above.Would you be able to tell me where or what happen to Dovercliff Minerals ltd.

No, the transfer agent is a separate entity from the law firm. The agent handles the shareholder records and is paid by the Company. The name of the agent will be listed on the certificate, either right on the front or on the back with the legal transfer documentation.
