Canadian Stocks/Old shares

Question
I have some old shares that I can't find listed.  Does that make them worthless or is there a chance they could have been bought or owned mining rights passed on to some other company.
Quatsino Copper-Gold Mines Limited,  Pinebrayle gold mines limited, Radiation Development Co. Ltd,  Richwood Industries Ltd and Anaconda Petroleum Limited.
Any value there or are my day dreams dashed?

Answer
Geoff, smaller companies often merge with other companies, or reverse split and change names in order to start over. But, in many cases, they just go out of business.

Unfortunately, in the case of all of your stocks, the information I have available says they all have no current value.

Quatsino was struck from the corporate register in 1982.

Pinebrayle lost its charter in the 1950's.

Radiation was dissolved in the 1970's.

Same for Richwood.

Anaconda went through several name changes and reverse splits before it was struck from the corporate register in 1981.
