I have 400 shares of E.T.C. Industries LTD. 615-200 Granville St.
B.C. V6C1S4
Does it have any value? If so, I can I sell it?

Deborah, E.T.C. has quite the history, including running afoul of U.S. regulators for illegally selling stock to U.S. residents without registering the shares. They later did a 1 for 10 reverse stock split and became Consolidated E.T.C., which later became Highbank Resources. Highbank currently trades on the TSX Venture for about 9 cents per share.

You need to contact the current transfer agent, CIBC Mellon (www.cibcmellon.com) to get your old shares reorganized into the new stock so you can sell them.
