Unfortunately, I have no information on Monitor at all. You did not give me a date on the certificate, but it might pre-date the information I have available. If there is a transfer agent listed on the certificate, I would contact them first. You can also try the Province of Incorporation (probably Alberta, but it is not uncommon for a company to be incorporated in one Province and have their headquarters in another) and see what info they have available. Or, contact a broker and see if they can perform a detailed search for you.
