Devon Shire Gold which became Colours International

Do these have any value?

Jeff, from the information I have available, Colours was cease-traded in 1988, and that cease-trade order remains in effect. Since I cannot find any information which suggests they ever changed names and the order is still in effect, the certificate has no current value.
