I found a certificate number 03129 for 500 shares to Pacific Energy Systems Ltd. My question is if this company is still in business and are my shares worth anything? Purchased from E. A. Manning account no. 0005936  June 30, 1995.

Roy, from the information I have available, after E.A. Manning was booted from the business and went bankrupt, it appears Pacific Energy stopped filing their required regulatory and financial information and was cease-traded in 1996. That cease-trade order remains in effect, and I can find no evidence they ever did anything to resolve the issue.
