I found some old records from my deceased father that only leave questions unanswered. Ultra Mines & Energy certificate through Durham Securities Corp. Ltd. dated July 1986. Are they still around?

From the information I have available, the shares have no value. The Company went through several name changes and a reverse split and became eStation. eStation went broke and the assets were foreclosed upon by their lender, at which time the stock was delisted and all officers and directors resigned.
