I have a Certificate for INTERNATIONAL PHASOR TELECOM LTD
and S & M PHOTOLABLES INC. both dated May 1987. Would you have
any info on these Stock and are they worth anything. Thank You

Gary, from the information I have available:

International Phasor ran into serious financial problems and was delisted in 1990.

S&M also ran into serious financial and legal issues and was delisted and cease-traded in 1988. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect.
