I went through some of my moms & dads old papers(dad died in 1960 & mom died in 1993) I found some papers of my dads they are 1959 series#7 & 1960 series # 8, United Grain Growers Limited, Patronage Dividend Debentures. I was wondering if they are worth anything, and who would i get in touch with. Thank you, Judie

Judie, from the information I have available, the common shares of UGG became Agricore. Agricore was acquired by Saskatchewan Wheat Pool (now Viterra) in 2007 for $20.50 cash per share.

I have no idea what happened to the Patronage Dividend Debentures, as they are bonds and I have no bond information. I suggest you contact the current transfer agent for Viterra, Computershare (www.computershare.com) and see what information they have available.
