Question
I have a stock certificate dated September 8,1989 for 500 shares of "INTERNATIONAL NUTRITION TECHNOLOGIES INC.". The Company is incorporated in the Province of British Columbia, and the Certificate states "The shares represented by this certificate are transferable at the offices of the Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, Vancouver, B.C.".  I've been unable to find anything related to this company on-line.  Please advise if this certificate has any value and who I should contact to discuss.  Thank you for your help.

Answer
Diane, from the information I have available, the Company stopped filing its required financial information in 1988 and was cease-traded in September 1989. After 2 years of not filing their regulatory information, they were delisted. Since the cease-trade order remains in effect, and there is no market for the stock, the certificate has no current value.
