ANSWER: Hamid, from the information I have available:
Pacific Energy was cease-traded in 1996. That order remains in effect.
Points North became Peragis, which was delisted and cease-traded in 2001. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect, but the company applied for an amendment to those orders in 2008 in order to try to reactivate the company. I have yet to see any tangible evidence (such as filing their long past due regulatory information) they have made any progress towards a return to trading, so at the moment, there is no market for the shares.
Red Fox had a reverse split and became Library Information Software, which later became Starwood Industries. Starwood was cease-traded in 2007 and that order remains in effect.
King Products did a 1 for 83.74 reverse split and became Moto Goldmines, which was acquired in 2009 by Randgold on the basis of 0.07061 of a Randgold share for each share of Motol
Golden Eagle became Points North, so they are the same company.

QUESTION: Thank you very much for all your help .
Could you please advise me how i can sell the 2 stock you mentioned (King products are now Motol and Golden Eagle ) where are they traded and if there is a symbol for them.
Also how would i find if any of these companies will become active. Is there anywhere i can get my stocks registered so i can get correspondence.
Thanks again
AnswerHamid, in order to get your old shares reorganized into the new shares, you will need to contact Randgold's transfer agent. I am not sure who that is in North America, so I suggest you contact Randgold's Investor Relations department for information.
