My father passed away recently & we have found a couple of certificates from Great Yukon Mines Limited Incorporated in the Province of Ontario signed by duly authorized officers June 1, 1966. Are these worth anything? Thank you

Cheryl, from the information I have available, the company did a 1 for 4 reverse split before merging into Belle Aire on the basis of 10 Belle Aire for every 100 of the old stock. Belle Aire later changed its name 3 more times. It eventually became Advantex Marketing, which is still around. It trades for about 2 cents per share. You need to contact the current transfer agent, Canadian Stock Transfer (http://canstockta.com/) to confirm this information and get your old shares reorganized into the new shares.
