Question
Do the following stocks have any value:  500 shares of Canabec Explorations Ltd.; 100 shares of Consolidated Goldsec Explorations Limited; 1000 shares of Registry Resources Inc.?

Answer
Janice, from the information I have available:

Canabec did 2 reverse splits (a 1 for 10, followed by a 1 for 35) and eventually became Environmental Reclamation, which was suspended and delisted in 2002 after 51% of the stock was acquired by a US Company from non-Canadian shareholders. I don't know if they ever acquired the remainder, but it doesn't seem to matter, as the US Company went bankrupt and was dissolved shortly thereafter.

I have no information on Consolidated Goldsec at all.

Registry did a 1 for 5 reverse split and became Allican, which was suspended and delisted in 2006.
