I have an old stock certificate for Centurion Mines Limited purchased by my father in 1959 from Armada Corporation Limited, 160 Bay Street Toronto, Ontario.  Are these shares worth

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. Centurion merged into Caravelle Mines, which later had its charter cancelled. That happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory information (as well as pay its fees and taxes) for several years in a row, usually because they are already out of business.
