I have a stock certificate my mom had that was issued in 1992 for a company called COBRA ENTERPRISES LTD.  It was originally listed on the VSE.  Can you give me information on this stock and if there is any value.

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no current value. The Company went through several name changes (and at least 2 reverse stock splits) and ended as Marathon Foods. Marathon ran into serious financial difficulty and terminated operations in 2001. All the officers and directors quit, and the company was cease-traded, which remains in effect, of course.
