Question
Found stock certificate for the above noted company in late  Uncle's belongings.  Can't seem to find any information on company.  How do I go about finding if it still exists and if the shares are worth anything.

Answer
Diane, from the information I have available, I do not believe the certificate has any current value. The Company did a massive 1 for 100 reverse stock split and became Consolidated Key. In 1968, almost all of the Company was acquired for cash. You did not say how many shares are represented by the certificate, but assuming your Uncle still had some shares left after the reverse stock split, chances are he received a check in 1968 for his shares.
