Question
I am looking for information about a company called Mission River Petroleum. On January 26, 1987. they amalgamated with 651446 Ontario Inc. to form a company called MRP Petroleums Inc.  As of Feb.27,1987. the shares for MRP Petroleum Inc. were listed for trading on the Alberta Stock Exchange under the symbol MPP and shown in the newspapers as MRP PETE.  Any information you could find on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mr. Taylor

Answer
Unfortunately Rob, from the information I have available, the shares have no current value. The Company did merge with the private Ontario company (1 for 1) to form MRP Petroleum. MRP later changed its name to MRP Waste Management in 1989, but the Company was dissolved in 1994.
