I bought some shares through Durham Securities Corporation Ltd May 11, 1987. These where 250 shares of Gandy Resources Corp. I have not been advised of the value of these shares and I cannot locate Gandy Resources Corp. anywhere on the internet. I am looking for help to find the value of these shares.

From the information I have available, the company went through at least 2 name changes. The last information I have is that they were Global Biotech Inc., which last filed anything in 1997. However, I don't show they have been cease-traded, so they may have changed names again. I suggest you contact the last known transfer agent, CIBC Mellon (www.cibcmellon.com) and see what information they have available.
