Question
I've got 200 shares in Ekersval Resources Ltd and 300 shares in Aurlot Explorations Ltd and I was wondering if they are worth anything at all!!!!!!

Answer
Frank, from the information I have available, Ekersval did a 1 for 3 reverse stock split and became Maxill Inc. Maxill was delisted by the VSE in 2003. However, the company is still around. In fact, 2 weeks ago they just called an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders to consider a proposal to take the company private. Common shareholders would receive 8 cents per share. You need to contact Maxill ASAP to receive a proxy before the April 21 meeting. The contact information given is:

80 Elm Street, St. Thomas, Ontario, N5R 6C8, Attention: Andrea Barnes or by E-mail at andreab@maxill.com

Aurlot went through numerous name changes and at least one reverse split (a 1 for 5). They are currently Canada Lithium, which trades for about 67 cents per share on the TSX. You need to contact the current transfer agent, Equity Transfer (www.equitytransfer.com) regarding the validity of your shares.
