Question
I have stocks from Golden Falcon Exp. Inc.
Thunderbolt Gas & oil
Nolan lake Explorations Inc.
Cymbal explorations Inc.
Do these have any value . Thank you

Answer
Maureen, from the information I have available:

Golden Falcon went through numerous name changes, mergers and capital changes (1 for 6 reverse split, followed by a 1 for 13 reverse split, then a 1 for 3 reverse, and acquisition on the basis of 0.444 new for 1 old, and a 3 for 1 forward split) and is now Paramount Resources. You will need to contact the current transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com) about the old shares.

Thunderbolt is the same as the Golden Falcon after the first 1 for 6 reverse split. The rest of the reverse and capital changes are the same.

Nolan Lake went through numerous name changes and at least 2 reverse stock splits (a 1 for 5, then a 1 for 10) and is now White Pine Resources. You will need to contact the current transfer agent, Equity Financial Trust (www.equityfinancialtrust.com).

Cymbal eventually became Ronin Resources. In 2002, the company was cease-traded by BC, Ontario and Alberta and delisted. Those cease trade orders remain in effect, so it appears to have no current value.
