In October 1976 I purchased 250 shs of Silmil Explorations Inc. in which Rosmar Corporation is the registered owner. Can you tell me if this stock is of any value and if it is now under another name.

Bill, from the information I have available, the stock did a 25 for 100 reverse split and became Belle Aire Resource Explorations, then later changed its name 3 more times. It eventually became Advantex Marketing, which is still around. It trades on the CNSX for about 2 cents per share. You need to contact the current transfer agent, CIBC Mellon (www.cibcmellon.com) to confirm this information and get your old shares reorganized into the new shares.
