Although I don't have specific information on Alaska incorporated companies, my advice is the same. If you have a transfer agent on the certificate, contact them first as they will know if your certificate has any current value. You can also contact the State of Alaska. Like many states, they have an online Corporations search function - a great place to start. http://www.commerce.state.ak.us/occ/home_corporations.html

You can also check with a broker and see if they can perform a detailed search for you.
