Question
I purchased 500 shares of Aurlot exploration in 1989 from E.A. Manning, these shares were held by them in safekeeping. I understand Manning is out of business now. Are these shares worth anything? if so, how do i go about getting them?
thanking you in advance

Answer
John, from the information I have available, Aurlot became USA Tough, which later went through numerous name changes and at least 1 reverse split (1 for 5) and is now Canada Lithium. You need to contact the current transfer agent Equity Transfer (http://equityfinancialtrust.com/) about having your old certificate reorganized.

Hopefully E.A. Manning correctly identified you as the beneficial owner of those shares in street name. If so, the transfer agent should have you on the ownership rolls and should be able to issue you new shares.
