1. canuba (cuba)
2. manganese mines limited (from 1957)

Answer
From the information I have available:

Axyn, although an Ontario corporation, had its trading market in the US. They stopped reporting in 1999, and 9 years later the SEC moved to terminate their registration. Although they did not qualify to do so, Axyn filed a voluntary termination first. That means they are not traded anywhere, but at some point in the future it is remotely possible they could resume public quotation of the shares. Remote, but possible.

Alpex I believe went bankrupt about the time the US courts overturned their $256 million judgement against Nintendo. I don't believe the shares have any current value except perhaps to collectors as certificate art.

Lumsden was cease-traded in 1980 by Ontario, and since that cease-trade order remains in effect, it does not appear that it was ever revived and resumed trading.

I have no information on Manganese Mines or Canuba.
