I bought shares from E.A. Manning Limited. The transaction date is June 14, 1989.  I can't find out any thing pertaining to there where about. The representative was P. Kalow account number 0098264.

Micheline, E.A. Manning is long gone, as the government finally succeeded in shutting them down for defrauding their own customers. Blake River was suspended and cease-traded by Ontario in the 1990's, but the Company hung on through early 2007 when they stopped their required regulatory filings. They were deeply in debt at that time, so it is likely they just threw in the towel, but I have no definitive information on what finally happened to them.
