United Grain Growers March 1993: Converted from a co-op to a corporation and name changed to Agricore; basis 1 old shares for 1 new. All UGG Class A & B shares replaced automatically. Original certificates were not required to be surrendered for exchange and are now worthless.

Agricore - March 4, 2004: Automatic small-lot redemption. All United Grain Grower stockholders with less than 100 shares had their positions collapsed and were cashed-out as of March 4, 2004 at $9.63 per share.

Original stock certificates were not required to be surrendered for redemption and are now worthless. Redemption cheques were sent out automatically. Holders of less than 100 shares eliminated.

Patronage Dividend Debenture paid out automatically between 1967 and 1980. No paying agent remains. All original debentures are now valueless.

If the registered holder feels that they did not receive the proceeds of these exchange, they should contact the transfer agent, Computershare, at 1-800-564-6253.
