ihave old  class  a shares and b shares  in united grain growers  thus agricore  now viterra inc would these be still have any value  and also have 750.00 in patronage dividend  debentures are they still valid   if my dad still has  the debenture  and he has passed awaay in 2003 would this mean that he never cashed them in and would they be transfered to viterra inc  when they purchased the assets of agricore united  and ugg. thanks  please provide any info you can richard c

Richard, I suggest you contact the current transfer agent for Viterra, Computershare (www.computershare.com). They will be able to tell you if your fathers old shares are still valid and, if so, how many shares of Viterra they represent and if your father's heirs are due the dividends.
