Dear Steven,

I have a stock certificate for 100 shares of Whiterock Estates Development Corporation Ltd. that was countersigned and registered by Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, Montreal, Canada, dated Feb. 14, 1972.  Does this stock certificate have any value?

From the information I have available, the shares have no current value. The Company changed its name to Whiterock Industries which was suspended and cease-traded in the early 1970's after the management and other insiders were charged with fraud by the Quebec Securities Commission. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect.
