Question
i ran across an old  united pacific capital resources corp  certificate of mine while cleaning fileing cab. this certificate is dated March 12 1998 for 371 non-assessable class B COMMON SHARES WITHOUT PAR VALUE IN THE CAPITAL OF UNTIED PACIFIC CAPITAL RESOURCES INC. I CANT SEEM TO FIND ANY INFO ON THIS, CAN YOU HELP, IA IT WORTH KEEPING  OR SHOULD I JUST SHRED IT.    THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE ROLLY

Answer
Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no current value. United Pacific Capital was suspended and cease-traded in 2001. They also stopped their regulatory filings at that time, and I see no effort to return to compliance and resume trading.
