Canadian Stocks/Old Stocks

Question
I have a stock certificate for Fiedmont Resources. If my tracking is correct I think it may now be part of Petrocorp Group and am curious as to how to proceed with updating if it is.
I also have certificates for Stockguard Corporation and Premium Springwater and Juice Company (both inc in Ontario in the 90's) and wonder if they have any value?

Answer
Paul, from the information I have available:

Fiedmont did go through numerous reverse splits and name changes and is now Petrocorp Group, which trades on the NEX for about 7 cents a share. You will need to contact the current transfer agent, Olympia Trust (http://css.olympiatrust.com/transfer-agent/) to have the old shares reorganized.

Stockguard was suspended and cease-traded on the late 1990's. No current value.

Premium was cease-traded by Ontario in 1996, and since that order remains in effect, it appears there is no current value.
