Canadian Stocks/Shares

I have 25 shares of MacMillian Blodel and Powell River company limited bought in 1962. They were found in the back of a safe at a legal firm after a fire. They have a registration number but it does not look like a cusip number. Do they have any value?

MacMillian Blodel was acquired in 1999 by Weyerhaeuser in a stock deal. MacBlo shareholders received 0.28 of a Weyerhaeuser share for each share of MacBlo owned.

The only one who can determine if the old certificate has any current value is the Weyerhaeuser transfer agent, Computershare ( If it does, it would have been transferred to Weyerhaeuser in the name of the registered holder.
