Question
I have inherited shares in Bank Ore resources and am wondering what happened to the company. I have been usuccessful in location any current information on Band Ore resources. Thank you in advance for your help.

Answer
From the information I have available, Band Ore merged with another company to form West Timmins in 2006. Shareholders received 0.9 of a new share for each old share. West Timmins subsequently merged with Lake Shore Gold in 2009. West Timmins holders received 0.73 of a Lake Shore share for each old share held. Lake Shore currently trades for about 90 cents a share on the TSX and 80 cents a share on the NYSE MKT in the US. You will need to contact the current transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com) to have your old shares reorganized and reregistered in your name.
