Question
Hi Mr. Taylor

The following is a list of shares that we discovered in some old papers that we have and we were wondering if you could help us determine whether they have any value?
1) Dome Babine Mines Ltd N.P.L
- Transfer agent/issued; by Canada Permanent Trust Co., Vancouver B.C., or Lenstock & Co., or A.E. Amos & Co.
- around June 1968 or March 1970
2) Aquacare International Ltd
- Transfer agent/issued; Guaranty Trust Company of Canada
- Two separate certificates from June 1969 and Nov 1971
3) In-Place Electronics Limited
- Transfer agent/issued; Guaranty Trust Company of Canada

We also have a recent financial statement that says the following shares are on account but have no value
1)Bobtex Corporation Limited
2)Gigantosaurus Resources Inc.

We'd appreciate any information you can provide.

Thank you

Answer
Marc, from the information I have available:

Dome Babine had numerous name changes and reverse splits (1 for 6, 1 for 4, and 1 for 3) and became Tomco Developments. Tomco was delisted by the VSE in 2002. The Company continued with their regulatory filings until 2008. When they stopped, they were slapped with cease-trade orders, all of which remain in effect. No current value.

Aquacare has no current value. The Company was dissolved in the late 1970's.

In-Place has no current value. The Company was dissolved in the mid-1970's.

I have no information on Bobtex or Gigantosaurus, but I have no reason to believe the account information and no value determination is inaccurate.
