Canadian Stocks/HIMAC Reources LTD

We have a certificate for 100 shares of HIMAC Resources LTD. dated August 27, 1981. What happen to the firm?

Joseph, from the information I have available, HIMAC had numerous reverse splits (1 for 2, 1 for 5, and 1 for 8) and name changes. It became Creston Moly, which was acquired by Mercator Minerals on the basis of 0.15 of a Mercator share plus 8 cents cash for every share of Creston. Mercator filed bankruptcy last week, and it is highly unlikely that common shareholders will receive any value.
