Question
I have some old shares of gold mines, I do not know if some things are worth.
- STABELL RESOURCES
- VASSAN RESOURCES
- CAP GOLD RESOURCES
- ABITIBI RESOURCES
- FLOORING RESOURCES
- ABITIBI METAL MINES
- CRISTOBAL RESOURCES
CAN YOU LEARN ABOUT HIS COMPANY ME?

Answer
From the information I have available:

Stabell has no value. The Company was dissolved in the late 1990's.

Vassan had a 1 for 10 reverse split before going bankrupt. No value.

I have no information on Cap Gold Resources.

Abitibi had a 1 for 5.7903 reverse split, then two acquisitions (1 for 22 and then 0.8749 for 1) and is now Teck, You will need to contact the current transfer agent (www.canstockta.com) to determine if your old certificate is valid and, if so, to have it reorganized into the new shares.

I have no information on Flooring Resources.

Abitibi had a 1 for 15 reverse split and became Concorde Exploration, which was suspended, cease-traded and delisted in 1993. No current value.

Cristobal became NETgraphe, which was acquired by Quebecor in 2004 for 63 cents per share. The registered holder should have received a check at that time.
