Question
Whatever happened to Lormac Explorations.I have 250 shares dating back to April 1980. I have the same with Frodac Consolidated. Are any of these worth anything or should I frame them as a collection?
Thank you.

Answer
Bernie, from the information I have available:

Lormac had several name changes and reverse splits (1 for 3, 1 for 7, and 1 for 10) and is now New Oroperu, which trades for about 14 cents per share. Unfortunately, due to the reverse splits, your 250 shares is now either 1 or 2 shares. You can confirm this information with the current transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com).

Frodac had several name changes and at least 1 reverse split (1 for 6) and became Venga Aerospace, which was suspended and cease-traded in 2013. The stock last traded for 1/2 cent per share. Venga's transfer agent is also Computershare.
