Question
I have Westminster Savings Contract Corporation A and B Stocks dated 1960 Countersigned & Registered by The Royal Trust Company, Vancouver BC (Transfer Agent & Registrar)
I also have Westminster Savings & Mutual Investors Corporation Ltd. B Stocks dated 1961 also by the same Transfer Agent as listed above.
& also A stocks Westminster Savings & Mutual Investors Corporation Ltd. dated 1962.
I would like to know if they have any value and if not do they have value as antique stock?

Thank You

Judy

Answer
Judy, I have no information on Westminster Savings, although based on the time period and the name as a Mutual Corporation, it may not have been a publicly traded company. I suggest you contact the Province of Incorporation and see what information they have available, or contact a broker and ask them to perform a detailed search for you.

Just about all old certificates will have some interest to a collector, but generally the value is very nominal - $5-20 is typical for even well known companies.
