Question
merci
bonne journée.
Claude

Answer
Claude, from the information I have available, the company did a 1 for 1 exchange with another company, and then later became Westall Resources on the basis of 1 new share for every 3 old shares. Westall ran into regulatory trouble, and was hit with a cease-trade order which remains in effect. In 1998, shareholders were asked to vote on dissolving the company and distributing any remaining assets to shareholders, but I do not know what happened there. The last listed transfer agent for them was Computershare, so you may want to contact them first (www.computershare.com) and ask them about Westall. I have no additional information about the ultimate fate of Westall or if shareholders did receive any value for their shares.
