Canadian Stocks/value of old certificates

I came across  a stock certificate of International Atlas  Development & Exploration Limited (Inc. under Quebec Mining Companies Act) and Jolly Jumper Products of America Limited (Inc. under the laws of Prov. of Ontario). Do these have any value? How do I dispose of them.? Thank you. Walt

Walt, from the information I have available:

International Atlas has no value. The Company had its charter cancelled and was dissolved in the early 1980's.

Jolly Jumper has had numerous name changes and at least two reverse splits (both 1 for 10) and is now Replicel Life Sciences, which trades for about 30 cents per share. You will need to contact the current transfer agent ( to determine if your old shares are valid and, if so, have them reorganized into the new shares.
