Canadian Stocks/share certificates

A couple of share certificates kicking around for over 50 years I recently discovered.
i)   Coast Explorations Ltd. (npl) dated Mar 21 1962
ii)  Triform Explorations (B.C.) Ltd. (npl) dated October 1 1962

My kids are hoping for a vastly increased inheritance.  Har har!
Thank you kindly.

Lew, from the information I have available:

Coast has no current value. The Company had its charter cancelled in the mid-1970's.

Triform has had multiple name changes and reverse stock splits (1 for 5, 1 for 10, 1 for 8) and is currently Rojo Resources, which trades for about 3 cents per share. You will need to contact the current transfer agent ( to confirm this information and, if there is any residual value, can reorganize the old certificate into the new certificate.
