Experience I have over 30 years of candlemaking experience. I have owned my own candle production company for the last 7 years. I sell my candles on the arts and crafts show circut, but also have them available in 7 retail stores across the state.
I broke the arm off a hand painted "Uncle Sam" figure candle and need to know how to repair it with some type of glue. It's a clean break so it looks like it can be an invisible fix with the right glue. Can I use wood glue, Gorilla glue or Super Glue? If not, can you suggest a particular type of glue?

I've never been a big fan of Gorilla Glue. I'd try and use a super glue and see if that would work. I don't have much experience on candle repair other than taking the whole thing and doing a remelt. It sounds like you wouldn't be able to do that with this.
